Coordination – rDVMs

We are here as an emergency service for regional clients who need emergency care during off hours when their primary veterinarians are not open.

Following any referred client visit, our doctors and staff will call your office to update your doctors on the case as well as answer all questions about ongoing treatment. Equally important — we know that you, as the patient’s primary provider — know their history thoroughly. We will seek consultation and information whenever necessary so that together, as a team, your staff and ours can provide excellent, life-saving care during times of need.

Our staff will promptly share all medical records as soon as they are prepared. We will share them via fax or email, whichever is preferred by you.

We will discharge the patient and refer them for all follow up care in your office as soon as they are medically stable for transport. This, too, is a process that we will carefully coordinate with your staff and with the client.
