Domenic Magazu

Domenic Magazu manages the Human Resources department at Tri-State Animal Emergency Center. In this capacity, he ensures that our staff of over 30 personnel, including doctors and technical staff, are happy and fulfilled in their jobs here at Swedesboro Animal Hospital.

Domenic and his brother, our Chairman Dr. Magazu, share a common mission to ensure that every member of our staff has the support he or she needs to carry out responsibilities at the hospital. This includes providing excellent benefits, listening to and rewarding our staff for great ideas, encouraging innovation in the practice, providing opportunities for continuing education and professional growth, and supporting our colleagues when personal issues arise.

Dom is our institutional “people person” and his primary job is to keep everyone smiling… and we’re not lying when we say he’s pretty good at it.

Domenic, like his father and son, was a member of the United States Air Force, where he was responsible for managing over 130 of America’s finest men and women.
